Product overview
Austenitic stainless steel refers to stainless steel with austenitic structure at high temperature and normal temperature. When the steel contains about 18% Cr, 8% ~ 10% Ni and 0.1% C, it has stable austenite structure. After solid solution pickling and passivation, a protective film is produced on the surface of austenitic stainless steel, which makes it not easy to rust, has good plasticity and has certain resistance to intergranular corrosion.

Aviation, shipbuilding, petrochemical industry, natural gas, instrumentation, automobile industry, food and medical industry.
Product features:
1. It has high mechanical properties. The tensile strength of austenitic stainless steel after solution annealing can reach 700MPa, the yield strength can reach 400MPa and the hardness can reach 90hrb. The tensile strength and yield strength of semi hard austenitic stainless steel can reach 800MPa, the tensile strength of full hard state is more than 850, and the hardness can reach more than 30hrc.
2. Excellent cold and hot workability and shaping
It can carry out cold working processes such as cold rolling, cold drawing and spinning, and forming operations such as stamping, bending, crimping and folding. The work hardening tendency of Cr Ni austenitic stainless steel is weaker than that of Cr Mn steel, and the cold deformation can reach 60% ~ 80% after one annealing.
3. Excellent rust resistance and corrosion resistance
It has strong corrosion resistance to oxidizing acids (such as nitric acid), and also has certain corrosion resistance to alkali solution and most organic and inorganic acids

2. Super austenitic stainless steel

Product details
Super stainless steel refers to a kind of high alloy stainless steel containing high nickel, high chromium and high molybdenum. Secondly, in terms of high temperature or corrosion resistance, compared with ordinary austenitic stainless steel pipe, it has better high temperature or corrosion resistance.
Product application:
1. Petroleum and petrochemical equipment, such as bellows in petrochemical equipment.
2. Pulp and paper bleaching equipment, such as pulp digester and bleaching equipment.
3. The flue gas desulfurization device of power plant is mainly used in the tower body, flue, gate plate, internals, spray system, etc. of the absorption tower.
4. Offshore system or seawater treatment, such as thin-walled condensing pipeline cooled by seawater in power plant and seawater desalination treatment equipment.
5. Salt industry, such as salt making or desalination equipment.
6. Heat exchanger, especially in the working environment with chloride ions.
Product features:
1. Mechanical properties
Austenite structure generally has medium strength and high malleability. Its yield strength is 50 ~ 100% higher than that of ordinary austenitic stainless steel.

2. Corrosion resistance
Super austenitic stainless steels such as 904L and 254SMO have strong resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion, chloride ion stress corrosion and intergranular corrosion, especially to sulfate ions, chloride ions and other acid ions. They can be used in extremely harsh working environment.
3. Machinability
Like other commonly used Cr Ni austenitic steels, super austenitic stainless steel has good cold and hot working properties.
